Meet The Creator

District 24 is the brainchild of Grammy winning producer engineer Casey Graham.

Casey Graham is a music composer, producer, engineer that has been continuously working in the industry for 14 plus years. Also the owner of District 24 Music Library, his skills have helped to sell 4 million records and acquire a Grammy early in his journey.

Casey was born in Savannah, GA. At an early age he developed a liking to music learning Trombone, Piano, Tuba, Euphonium, and other brass instruments in various music programs through out his childhood. He studied production and engineering at The Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences in 2005 in Phoenix, AZ. Arizona would become place where he carved the foundational building blocks of his career while choosing Atlanta a year later to build his career in 2006.

In Atlanta, Casey began engineering and producing artists from Keith Sweat, Keyshia Cole, Faith Evans, Idris Elba, Arrested Development, Jill Scott, Jamie Foxx and many more released and unreleased independent projects.

The knowledge contained within Casey has spawned careers for new Universal Republic artist Erika Kayne and new Island/Universal Records signee Baby Rose which is his first major publishing signee.

Broadening his horizons making music for motion picture, he has scored two independent short films including one screening at Cannes and SXSW with a nod from American Sniper editor Joel Cox for his scoring. He has also licensed music for BET, TV One and Swirl Films Born Again Virgin scoring the theme song for the Rickey Smiley For Real reality show in addition to syncing music within the show.

Casey recently opened his library record label for producers and composers, offering sync licensing and publishing administration opportunities for composers. District 24 Music Library and is heading toward major expansion.
